By using the "Delete Profile" feature in Sattyda Tech Gymoryx App, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Responsibility and Consequences:
- You are solely responsible for initiating the deletion of your profile.
- Deleting your profile will result in the loss of all data, including but not limited to, saved content, user history, and settings.
- Gymoryx is not responsible for any data loss or consequences resulting from using the "Delete Profile" feature.
2. How to Delete Your Profile:
- Log in to your account on Gymoryx.
- Navigate to the Account Settings or Profile section.
- Find the "Delete Profile" option and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Confirm your decision to permanently delete your profile.
3. Backup:
- It is recommended that you back up any important data before using the "Delete Profile" feature.
- Gymoryx does not guarantee the availability of data recovery services once your profile is deleted.
4. Revoking Access:
- After deleting your profile, you will lose access to your account and any services associated with it.
- You may need to create a new account if you wish to use Gymoryx in the future.
5. Irreversible Action:
- Once you confirm the deletion of your profile, the action is irreversible, and you will not be able to recover your data.
6. User Consent:
- By using the "Delete Profile" feature, you give your explicit consent to permanently delete your profile and associated data.
6. Modification of Terms:
- Gymoryx reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the "Delete Profile" feature and its terms at any time.
